This program focuses on simplicity, but brings more lifting, more reps, more sweat, MORE results.
Commit to 35–45 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 8 weeks.
Commit to increasing the balance in your nutrition/water intake.

Equipment Required: Light, Medium & Heavy Dumbbells. Also need a BENCH, I got this affordable option from Amazon!

There are 40 unique real-time workouts in LIIFT MORE . The program is broken down into 2 phases, 4 weeks each:
-Phase 1 helps you build strength and mass
-Phase 2 pumps up the volume and intensity with more combinations and reps to get you ripped.
In addition to targeting every muscle group with heavy lifting, you’ll regularly incorporate total-body HIIT and core-focused burnouts! Every week, you’ll get two rest days to give your muscles a chance to repair and recover fully for the following week.

We have two nutrition approaches available that pair with this program. Both are focused on balanced, wholesome eating to full your body (and your muscles!), so you are getting the energy and results you want. I don’t like to think of these as diets/restrictive as they allow for a lot of flexibility. We will discuss the best option for you when you register!

Our first round of the 8 Weeks Stronger challenge will start August 15th. This gives everyone time to get their bench, study the materials and prepare to get started strong! If that start date does not work well for you, please message me separately and we will discuss alternatives. I want this to set YOU up for success!
